❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Do children require a ticket?

Yes, children ages two (2) and older require a ticket for entry.

What is the shoe policy?

To protect floor finishes, all guests must remove their shoes and wear clean socks inside every home. Bare feet are not permitted. Disposable shoe booties are no longer provided or allowed. If you forget socks, new pairs can be purchased at the entrance for $3. Carrying bags are provided at the door for your shoes.

Note: Special entrance accommodations are available for attendees wearing medical boots, casts, or using wheelchairs.

Are strollers allowed inside the homes?

Strollers are strictly prohibited inside the parade homes to prevent damage to flooring and narrow hallway bottlenecks.

Is photography or video allowed?

No. Because many homes are privately owned or contain customized furnishings, photography and video recordings are forbidden out of respect for the homeowners.

Can I visit a home more than once?

Yes! Your ticket grants access across all six event days. Each home checks off your ticket upon entry. Additionally, your ticket features two re-entry bonus boxes at the top, allowing you to select two favorite homes to visit a second time.
