This restoration is designed to give a themed nightly rental to folks visiting the Yellowstone area and the National Parks nearby, Jackson Hole, Henry's Fork, Fall River, or those visiting the southeast Idaho area and want a taste of the old west. Designed to be a themed stay at the old Saloon Taste of the Wild West nightly rental where visitors can come and stay and eat at the original bar where the old west Cowboys would come "wet their whistle." This old Saloon is the real deal and comes with original brass toe kicks, original bar, has so much personality and will leave those that stay here with lasting memories of experiencing an original piece of the old Wild West. Owners have already installed new furnace, new roof, new plumbing, new electrical service, pressurized fire suppression system, repainted, have hung corrugated metal lid inside, framed out walls and bedrooms, sheetrock, painted and added three bathrooms for a total of four bathrooms with sleeping cubbies for the kids, this place is going to be an incredible destination themed short term rental.
